12:45 p.m. - Candidates line up - Fred Darling Auxiliary Gym (Alumni Coliseum)*
1:15 p.m. - Students begin marching. Pre-Commencement Concert begins at Alumni Coliseum
1:15 p.m. - Suggested time for guests to be seated
1:30 p.m. - Graduation Ceremony begins

An informal reception will follow each graduation ceremony in the Fred Darling Auxiliary Gym
*Signs will be posted to designate the head of the line. As candidates check in at their college tables, they will be given a card indicating their place in the line-up. This card will also be used by the reader to call their names and degrees as they walk across the stage. Faculty members and staff from the college dean's office will be present to assist the candidates. Lines will be closed and ready to start the processional at 9:15 a.m. for the morning ceremony and at 1:45 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony for spring and fall.
