Students with lost or damaged diplomas may wish to order replacement diplomas. Replacement diplomas are available for a fee of $25. Upon receipt of the order form, turn around time is generally two to three weeks.

To request a duplicate diploma, please download and complete the Second Diploma Request Form. The form is available in PDF format.
